Sharon Breen
Hi and welcome. I'm Sharon, a fully qualified and experienced counsellor offering counselling online for clients across the UK or in person in north London.

I help people who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, bereavement or just not feeling good about themselves, to thrive. I am a friendly, safe and professional therapist and a young person's counsellor and really enjoy working with teenagers in schools and privately.
I have worked as an Anxiety UK-approved therapist, at Mind and Cambridge University. I also set up and ran a counselling service in a girls secondary school for 7 years.

If you would like a free, no-obligation conversation about how I might be able to help you, please do get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.

My Offerings
I offer short and open-ended counselling in north London, online over Zoom or by phone. Sessions are 50 minutes, with daytime and some early morning slots available to suit your needs.
My Mission
There are a lot of stereotypes about counselling and the types of people who go; my aim is to show you how it can be a life-changing and positive experience.
