Sharon Breen
Hi and welcome. I'm Sharon, a fully qualified and experienced counsellor offering counselling online for clients across the UK or in person in north London.

I help people who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, bereavement or just not feeling good about themselves, to thrive. I am a friendly, safe and professional therapist and a young person's counsellor and really enjoy working with teenagers in schools and privately.
I have worked as an Anxiety UK-approved therapist, at Mind and Cambridge University. I also set up and ran a counselling service in a girls secondary school for 7 years.

If you would like a free, no-obligation conversation about how I might be able to help you, please do get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.

Services
Counselling can support you through difficult times, helping you to talk in confidence about the issues that are affecting you. Sometimes we all feel down or stuck, or that anxiety is taking over our lives. I offer a safe, friendly and trusting place to heal.
Personal Counselling
I offer staff training in mental health and well being for companies, schools, colleges and universities. This could be a two-hour taster up to a two-day comprehensive course. Each course is bespoke and tailored to your organisation's needs.
